Look, I totally get it. Who actually talks on the phone these days? Well, we are going to. These phone chats are usually pretty quick and painless, promise. They just allow me to gain a little more insight into your wants, needs and pain points when it comes to this vacation and just to let you know a little bit more about me, my services and the process of working together.
No two vacations are the same, and I love to get to know you just a little bit and have a real life chat before we dive head first into working together.

After we have that quick and painless phone chat where you realize I am your dream come true travel advisor (insert the mandatory millenial "lol" to make that statement less serious). I will get to work putting together a proposal for you that highlights what I think will be the best fit for you.
Once you receive it, as long as you love it, we go over the deposit requirements and booking.
If you don't love it, well I'm going to cry in a corner, kidding, and then I will go back to the drawing board for you!
The Quoting Process
Once we find the perfect vacation to fit your needs, we will go over booking forms and get your reservation secured with a deposit. The deposit amount for each destination will vary, but we will discuss that in the quoting process. Walt Disney World vacations specifically will require a Vacation Design & Concierge Fee.
After that it is on to the planning process!
Booking Your Vacation
I really try my hardest to stick to my office hours, I am however addicted to my work and tend to work when my kids aren't running me all over to sports and events. Please allow me 24-48 hours to respond to non-urgent matters.
Communication
You will not be just another booking around here friend. Throughout the process of planning your vacation I will be in contact regularly about tasks and timelines to ensure we are obtaining the exact trip you want without sacrifice.

After we chat and I have a good grasp on what you are looking for I will put together a proposal for you that includes a full quote for your vacation, love it? We book it. Not so much? Back to the drawing board I go!

Once you decide to go for it I will get your trip on a complimentary hold - this allows us 6-72 hours (depending on destination) to lock in your date & rate while we complete your client profile and booking paperwork.

Your trip is not officially booked until you pay your deposit. Deposit amounts vary but typically range from $200-$500 for non-airfare bookings.

From dining reservations, to transfers to and from the airport, park plans & lightning lane reservations (if you're going to Disney that is) - we will work through all of the details to ensure all details are taken care of.

10 days prior to travel you will receive a full itinerary from me outlining your trip.
This itinerary comes with. complimentary access to my app that is exclusive to my clients so that I am always in your back pocket.

After receiving your itinerary I like to have a pre-travel meeting discussing the itinerary and going over any last minute questions or concerns you may have.
It is not required, but I promise its helpful and so much fun!

Vacations to Walt Disney World require an extensive level of knowledge, experience and planning. No two Disney vacations are the same, and my Disney planning services are very in depth and thorough.
I pride myself on my education and experience within the Disney parks by immersing myself in the experiences you will have multiple times a year to ensure I am as up to date as possible on all of the resort experiences.
I handle every detail from accommodations, to reserving dining, activities, transportation, and even Lightning Lanes!
You will receive a full itinerary from me for your vacation, that not only outlines the trip, but also includes guidance on each park and activity.
All Walt Disney World Vacation bookings will require a booking fee. of $200 due to the specialized nature of these vacations.
Fee discounts may be offered to repeat travelers or large groups.
